And that’s how it should be; we want you to ask as many questions as you need. But, to help newcomers learn the basics from the get-go, we enroll them in classes that provide many of the sought-after answers and explanations. We call this group of courses EdFundamentals and they provide information on
our business model,
the financial-aid industry,
our values (excellence, commitment, integrity and teamwork),
how to use an empowered approach in getting what you need to be successful.
And when we’re not facilitating training EdFundamentals sessions, we’re working on other strategic and just-in-time solutions to meet the needs our most valuable resources—our employees.
